As a Holy Land of Taoism and a cradle of Wudang martial art, Wudang Mountains have a long history over 2000 years. At the end of Yuan Dynasty (1271-1368) and the beginning of Ming Dynasty (1368-1644), Wudang Taoist Zhang Sanfeng integrated the main achievements of Wudang Boxing and created the Wudang inner Boxing, which made him the respectful founder of Wudang Martial Art. The martial art of Wudang has been once unknown to the outside for fairly a long time due to the tradition of Taoism of instructing privately.

It’s the start of a new semester at the schools of Kung Fu Sweden. On January 24, at Kung-Fu Sweden Headquarters in Malmoe there will be an introduction for new members, with information and demonstrations of the different martial arts systems practiced within Kung-Fu Sweden. Don’t miss out on this chance to be part of the Kung-Fu Sweden family!
On the introduction there will be demonstrations of Wing Tsun Kung Fu, Tai Chi Chuan, Xinyi Liuhe Quan, Baguazhang and Escrima, performed by the instructors and students of Malmoe Wing-Tsun School. Vi börjar höstterminen lugnt här på Kung Fu Sweden. Många helgevenemang har nu börjat trilla in i kalendern. Gå in och kika. Se om där är något som du bara måste vara med på. Närmast nu 26 september har vi en heldag som vi kallar “The Game”.
Klockan 10.00-13.00 kommer vi att behandla Wing Tsun stilens känselträning (chi-sao).
Klockan 15.00-18.00 kommer vi sedan att behandla Tai Chi Chuan stilens känselträning (Tou Shou).
Man kan välja att endast vara med på endera, men tanken är att vara med på båda.
Tankar om likheter och olikheter kommer att diskuteras och synliggöras. Glöm inte att ta med mat och dricka, det blir en lång och tuff dag.
